Return/Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong dispatched good, it must be returned unworn and unwashed, in a brand new condition. All returns/exchanges will be accessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return/Exchange will only be entertained within 7 calendar days from dispatch date. Do drop us an email at cozyio@yahoo.com before making a return/exchange.

Cozyio only practise one-to-one item exchange. For cases where the item for exchange is no longer available, full refund will be given.

* Cozyio reserves the right to reject any return/exchange if the above is not respected.
