1. General Informations
•We collect personal informations when you make a purchase.
•If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable informations from you through email. You must provide contact informations, such as name, email address, contact no. and mailing address. We use this informations for filling your orders or in any case if we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
•We do not share, trade or rent your Personal Informations with any third parties except to fulfil products you requested for, which we have your permission.
2. Making a Purchase
•All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
•All prices reflected are exclusive of postage charges.
•All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable.
•Please place your order to Cozyio via email to cozyio@yahoo.com, through 'Order Now'. Refer to 'How To Order' section for details.
•It is important that you ensure the item code and quantities of your intended purchase are accurate as no changes or cancellations will be allowed after order confirmation. We will not bear the responsibility for any incorrect item(s) purchased if item(s) are incorrectly indicated in your order placement email.
•Please note that all product images are displayed for illustration only and the colour may differ slightly from the actual products.
•Do allow 2-3cm of measurement discrepancies due to different production batches.
•Items sold are not refundable.
•All items are ready stock, however limited in quantity. We operate in 'First Payment Received, First Served' basis. Should your intended purchase item(s) turn out to be out of stock after payment was made, we will refund you the amount in full.
•Availability and total cost (product(s) and applicable postage charges) will be informed to you in a reply/order confirmation.
•Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
3. Making Payments
•You can make payment via ATM transfer or Internet Banking.
•Please transfer to our bank account :-

•Please make the payment within 2 days upon receiving our email confirmation of your order. Otherwise your order will be voided and you will have to place a new order again.
•Once payment is made, kindly email us your payment details (for payment made through Internet Banking, please indicate your nick, date of transfer and transaction reference. For payment made through ATM transfer, please state the transaction reference, date and time of transfer) so that we can track your payment and expedite the delivery of your order.
•No refund / cancellation upon payment is made.
•Full refund will be given should your item(s) ordered be out of stock.
4. Delivery
•Goods will be diligently inspected by us before delivery.
•Orders will be posted out within 3 business days from payment received date.
•Please note that we will not be responsible for any orders lost via normal mailing.
•We strongly recommend registered mail for greater assurance that your orders will reach you on time. For registered mail option, a standard top-up of SGD2.24 will be applied to each delivery order.
•Regardless of the choice of postage service (normal or registered mail), please note that we will not be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or handling process.
•Kindly ensure the mailing address information provided is accurate. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect mailing address provided will be borne by you.
